ANIME ARIZONA MEETUPS

What You Need:

 

1. Your Name

Your name will be listed in the meetup graphic we create and post on the Anime Arizona website.

 

2. Meetup Name

Example: Naruto Meetup — Anime Arizona 2026

 

3. Meetup Location

Review the available meetup location options and choose the location you would prefer.

 

4. Meetup Date

Example: Saturday, November 7th

 

5. Meetup Time

Example: 3:00 PM

 

6. Meetup Image

Find an image that represents your meetup. This can be a wallpaper from the show, a character image, a past meetup photo, or something similar. Please make sure the image is clear and high-resolution.

 

7. FINAL STEP

Send all of the above information, along with your attached meetup image/graphic, to: support@animearizona.com

 

Please make the email subject line: “Anime Arizona 2026 Meetup”

 

NOTE: If you have a link you would like added to your meetup, such as a Facebook Event, Eventbrite page, Discord, Instagram page, or other community link, please include it in your email.

 

A link is not required to submit a meetup.

 

Once you email us your meetup information, it will be reviewed by the Anime Arizona team.

 

If approved, it will be added to the official Anime Arizona 2026 meetup schedule for attendees to see.
