Vendor Registration will remain open until every vendor payment is received.
Spaces will open up if a Vendor does not submit their space payment within the allotted time.

We are excited to welcome Vendors, Artists, and Exhibitors to the Phoenix Convention Center for the first year of Anime Arizona at this venue.
If you would like to apply as a Vendor, Artist, or Exhibitor, please click the button below marked “APPLICATION.” You will need to download the application, read it carefully, and complete it in full.

“Anime Arizona 2026 Vendor Application”
The Vendor Hall and Artist Alley will be open all three days of Anime Arizona:
Friday, November 13th – 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, November 14th – 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, November 15th – 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Vendor and Artist load-in will begin on Thursday, November 12th and continue through Friday morning until the Vendor Hall opens at 2:00 PM.
We ask our Vendors, Artists, and Exhibitors to choose their own preferred spaces.

We strongly recommend selecting as many acceptable booth or table locations as possible. The more selections you provide, the better chance we have of approving and placing your application if your first choices are no longer available.
Applicants will also have the option to indicate that they are willing to accept any available booth or table space if their preferred selections are unavailable.
IMPORTANT: Anime Arizona 2026 is our first year at the Phoenix Convention Center. Because of this, the floor plan is subject to change. Booth numbers, booth locations, aisles, attractions, entrances, and other event features may be adjusted as we continue working with the venue and finalizing the show layout.
Vendors and Exhibitors are allowed to combine multiple spaces to create a larger booth area.
Artist Alley applicants are limited to one Artist Alley space per application unless otherwise approved by Anime Arizona.
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days to receive a response regarding your application.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to notify every applicant who is not selected for a space.
